Meet Brad

Two callings. One promise.

I've spent my whole life showing up when it counts. Real estate is just the latest way I get to do it.

Hall County Roots

Third generation, same ground.

My family has worked this land in Hall County for three generations. I grew up knowing which back roads flood first, which ridgelines hold the best light at sunset, and what it means to actually be from somewhere — not just live there.

That's not a marketing angle. It's the reason I can tell you the truth about a property instead of just the listing description.

The Other Calling

First on scene, either way.

First Response

Retired Lieutenant, Firefighter/Paramedic

Over 17 years leading emergency response operations — I started my firefighting career in Lumpkin County, retired as a Lieutenant in Dawson County, and I'm still active as a medic in Forsyth County today. It's the kind of work where you don't get to panic, you get to act. You learn to read a situation fast, stay calm when everyone else isn't, and make the right call with incomplete information. That training doesn't turn off when I put on a different uniform.

Real Estate

REALTOR®, Clark & Co

Buying or selling a home is one of the most high-stakes moments in most people's lives. I bring the same operational discipline to it: clear communication, steady hands during negotiation, and a plan for when things don't go exactly as expected — because they rarely do.

Family First

Single Dad

I'm raising my kids on my own, which means I understand better than most that a house isn't the point — the home you build inside it is. When you're weighing school districts, yard space, or just whether a floor plan actually works for real family life, I'm not guessing. I'm living it.

"People don't remember what you said. They remember whether you showed up. I've built my whole career — both of them — on showing up."

Off Duty

Still on the land.

When I'm not on a call or in a closing, you'll usually find me on the family property — which is exactly why land and equine properties aren't just a specialty for me, they're personal. I know what good pasture looks like, what fencing actually costs to fix, and what questions matter when you're evaluating acreage instead of just square footage.
